Odds are highest that this is a Felix from the Blue Lions, who had faithfully served his king for the entire war. Or at least..... for as much of the war as he had currently experienced, whatever point he had lived up through. That would mean he's familiar with a Seteth who had stood behind Dimitri as well, wouldn't he? What a shame he's not actually the man Felix wants to see.]
