Certainly, Toma lights up when he talks about his brother - though there's still something sharp about it, every word laced with condescension, like Rose is too far below Chobe to really have the right to be talking about him. Toma, however, is obviously willing to respond anyway.

That lighting-up lasts about until he notices Rose looking elsewhere. Toma scowls, pointedly shifting in place to put his thigh between Rose's line of sight and his crotch.
