Rose has to admit she's impressed by Namari's crossed arms. Of course she knows how Namari's built, but "standing around" and "arms crossed and taking up broad swaths of tablespace" are different stories. Rose herself isn't exactly skinny, but at her strongest she wasn't winning any arm-wrestling contests with even the weakest trolls she'd encountered (e.g. Karkat).

But the topic of conversation is a different kind of meat, and Rose is good at not getting too distracted. In fact, she considers showing off by just ordering things off the menu that will magically be just what Namari's in the mood for... but a) she's tired, and b) that does actually defeat the purpose of social interaction. Rose takes a mental step back from the future and into the present.

"Maybe I can help. I'm familiar with Greek food, and we're currently under some iteration of Greece. Tell me what you like, and I'll make some suggestions. Unfortunately for me, I don't think there will be any tea or coffee."
