You've got to be wary here. The people who run this place entirely insist on our participation in... intimate activities with each other. In exactly the way that you might expect. If that sounds insane, that's because it is. Unfortunately it's the only way to procure certain things, and there is no end to hurdles that will attempt to encourage you to participate.

That's the biggest thing people struggle with here, and I can't blame them one onze.
