Prompto's cheeks go pink at the implications of what Ignis says regarding him and Noctis. Even this long ago, when Ignis didn't know Prompto especially well (or at least definitely not compared to how Prompto knows him now), he could see that the blond meant something to Noct...There's no one in the world who knows Noctis quite like his retainer does.
At least, Prompto assumes Ignis didn't know him well. Perhaps he is woefully underestimating that keen sense of observation that he's always possessed.
