"Excuses, excuses," Noctis taunts in response to that whining. He can feel the way Rosie's body tenses and squirms, knows what Ardyn wants, and smirks about it.

Still holding Ardyn up in just one arm, he slides his free hand down to Rosie's inner thigh, close to the groin but not quite close enough, and firmly holds it there with just enough pressure to prevent Ardyn from actually grinding against him - or at least, just enough in his estimation.
