A. Tripping Over Tropes: Choose Your Own Adventure Edition
So you want to spend some time in a romance trope with everyone's favorite Emissary? By all means, feel free to do so! Elidibus can be found in many places around Amani, to set the scene to your heart's great desire. The hub of the city, along the shore of the beaches, within the quiet forest... Wherever is best serves for your purpose is where he might be found. This is fanfiction, after all.
Most tropes will be met with amusement, open-ended kindness, good humor, and a dash of mischief, though there are a few that might have effects other than what may first seem apparent. But that's where the fun lies, isn't it?
On approach, Elidibus will have his mask hanging upon his chest, and have adjusted his height to his mortal size of roughly 5'6" tall. Characters will be met with a warm greeting and a smile - unless they do not approach, and he notices them via other means.
B. Fruits of Fall: Fruit Basket Edition
Near the city, just within the outskirts, Elidibus can be found sitting cross-legged on what appears to be a simple tablecloth. Spread before him are the different fruits comprising the new additions to Amani, a small assortment of each. A delicate touch has him inspecting each, lifting, examining, before placing the fruit down and picking up the next. His other hand runs a thumb over his lips, fingers curled gently under his jaw and chin, clearly in thought.
But there are no properties he can discern, not outwardly. Nor with magical inspection, as his hands flare with the sheen of aether in use. When that light fades, he shakes his head, and sighs softly.
"Mysterious as always, though I had hoped to divine something of use," he speaks to himself, but is always open to conversation.
