After a moment, Rose accepts the headband and uses both hands to set it--and her hair--back into place. It turns out that's more important to her than keeping her nethers covered. Who knew?

"Thanks." Rose isn't the type to get worked up over being called a friend, but still... it's nice. The last person she had sex with actually claimed they weren't friends, which was by logical extension less nice. (Rose hadn't been in a very nice mindset at the time, so maybe it evened out.) But here, now, she smiles.

"Oh, yeah, it's easy enough." Rose fiddles with one of her earrings, and it expands into her portable computer headset. "Our DTFs can contact each other and enable communication via text, audio, video... the works. So, feel free to call sometime. For now... I think I'll go find a change of clothes."

Rose saw a shack not too far away, at the beach's edge. Maybe they'll have a spare skirt or pair of pants.
