There are plenty of outlandish creatures around thanks to the visiting yokai, so the hovering woman in the day-glo one-piece probably doesn't seem that unusual. She's actually looking into new clothes, though of course she doesn't have any stamps to her name. She knows considerably more about "Hiromitsu"-style clothing than she should, because she's been subjected to a lot of anime. Maybe she can make some kind of trade? Given what she understands of Amani, she expects any such exchange to be at least a little embarrassing--

If Rose had been walking, the sudden tug on her ankle would have tripped her flat on her face. As-is, she throws her hands forward to catch herself, but she merely catches air and her hover merely becomes more sharply-diagonal. She swivels in the air to spot the culprit and sighs loudly at the sight of the red string. Of course, it was just a matter of time.

If she knows anything about this phenomenon (And she does. See: "a lot of anime"), there's no point in trying to break it. Instead she looks along it, to see who she's been bound to. And... wow. Okay. That's a Protagonist if Rose has ever met one (and she's met several). That tracks.

She straightens her posture and floats toward him, as much to instill a sense of gravitas as to avoid tripping over the string tied to her ankle. She peers at him from beneath her hood, eyes bright despite her sickly appearance.
