It doesn't take long for him to realize that it's clearly meant to mock and insult him in some way, and so that confusion dissolves into aggression. His brow furrows, and he grits his teeth as he snarls with indignation—but then Ren pivots and takes off.
He could give chase, could likely hunt the man down and exact punishment upon him deserving of such disrespect, but he decides against it. The severity of his expression lessens, just barely, but it does.
