Sora doesn't know it yet, but he'll learn soon; it'll take longer for him to catch on, though once he realizes, he can freely say he's open to experiencing it with Zidane. (Luckily for them, that shove into those leaves gives them a helpful little push in the right direction later on.)

“Me either,” he concedes, and if he were flirtatious at all, maybe he would've winked back, but the urge is still there and that's what makes him smile again following the earlier drop in his expression when he'd been thinking. His eyes track the movement of Zidane's tail the whole time his new friend considers, only raising once more after the mention of an airship. Briefly, he's reminded of the gummi ship and, if there were a possible way of getting it back, he'd take Zidane for a ride in return! A train, however, is just as appealing to Sora, not to mention he's never even heard of a chocobo, let alone ridden on one. “Maybe we could go for the airship next time?” he suggests, slowly, tentatively outstretching his hand toward Zidane again for him to take. “But I'd like to see the chocobo, whatever it is.”
