She hasn't realized how long she's been going at it by the time she's forced to be done since her last punch tore the bag open. She wasn't trying to get carried away but it just happened. So lost had she been in the motions, focusing all her emotions into each hit. It was cathartic, maybe not the best way to get her feelings out but at least no one got hurt.

By the time she was done, a sweat had built up on her and she had to wipe at her brow. She turned just in time to see Cloud coming with some water and took it with a silent thank you. After gulping down the entire cup she crushed it and tossed it at a nearby trash can, getting it in on the first try.

"Thanks Cloud. Sorry, that couldn't have been so fun to watch. I...kinda got lost in the moment."
