While it's not often that Sizhui visits the main hub, there are still times when he pops in to see if any new people have arrived, to make sure they have their bearings and, if they need, to be shown around this whole afterlife sort of thing. Other times, he does sneak in for some of the less dangerous cakes and drinks, just because he likes the feel-good aftereffects, although that isn't his intention, initially.

Seeing someone talking to themself (or maybe they're using their DTF?) isn't wholly unexpected, given the circumstances, but the moment he mentions free food, Sizhui's quick to make his way closer and pipes up, “Be careful, the cakes and drinks have some strange effects!”

Was he quick enough to stop Itto from already wolfing anything down? Perhaps not, though if he's lucky, it won't be chocolate or spice cake or red firecracker drinks, mojitos, or sangrias.
