Rowan ignores it, instead turning their attention to their phone, unlocking it without even opening their eyes, then opening them to connect it to the simulation. Grey eyes narrow, and slim thumbs tap away on the screen, before they open up again and turn it to show her. The screen has nothing but code, apparently writing itself as they look, but it’s scrambled, gibberish even to Rowan’s trained eye. “That’s this place, that’s what it’s made of.”
