[ Rose wasn't present for the first assault but she had been told of it. Knowing what she does, it's still a gruesome way for Flayn to have gone but... Perhaps better that than dying at the hands of those creatures.

Normally, Rose herself would be all smiles and joy at 'courting' being mentioned but Flayn is right. This is a lot. And she feels a bit suddenly out of place; while the woman wants to offer her own comfort, she thinks that this soon it would be... overstepping. ]
