Zechs made a vague sort of shrug, and pointed out, "Given how many people, and their variety, have been abducted here - I would not discount the possibility of more mobile suit pilots being taken here. My good friend, Noin, is more of an instructor than pilot - but she has considerable skill, and she is here, as one example. I don't know who this Peacekeeper will abduct in the future."

He was quiet for a moment, listening. It sounded very much as if Cloud was downplaying whatever trauma he'd been through. Because, very clearly, he had seen or experienced something very traumatic. Zechs perhaps didn't press in the way most people would, however.

Instead, he inclined his head. "You shouldn't discount your own experiences. If they required a man with certain skills - they likely held their own risks, even if they hadn't warned you of what you would encounter before hand. Especially depending on whom those fugitives should be."
