Cloud feels like he's lost track of what kind of conversation this is even supposed to be. Genesis' moods - or at least, his tone - seem to change like the wind from moment to moment. It doesn't help that Cloud's now finished his second drink.

Aerith. That must be the name of the girl who sent Zack all those letters. He thinks those letters had something to do with the reason Zack wanted to get to Midgar, although the impression is filtered through a year of half-heard, half-processed rambling, and trying to remember any of it gives Cloud a headache. "If the whole planet is gone, she might show up here, too."
Genesis' last question gives him pause. "Uh...dunno. Nothing, I guess."
