[Thanatos hasn't been seen since the party. He has been looking for answers. But the pang of mortal urges are slowing him down tremendously. Being exhausted and hungry all of the time makes it very hard to float around for days on end. Imagine that?

At night he prays to his mother to find them. And in the day he continues his search for a way home. At present Death sits upon the corner of a rooftop his DTF butterfly fluttering softly on top of his head as he ignores the obnoxious hunger pangs. He's not hungry. He's not. So absorbed in his own thoughts he hadn't even noticed the rolling in storm until the thundering boom that even makes him jump for a moment.

He allows the rain to fall on him for a moment as he glares wearily at the dark grey clouds. Zeus. The name of that particular God rings so bitterly though his mind and then at once it occurs to the God of Death.

Hypnos.

Thanatos shifts himself at once to the home he knows the God of Sleep to be staying at but he does not sense him there. So where would he be then? Thanatos shifts to his brother's temple next, again finding nothing. Not being able to see the threads of life does impede his ability to find people but... At the end of the day he and Hypnos are twins. They are bound despite their roles. And if one wants to find the other... surely they simply can. So instead of aimlessly teleporting around the city Thanatos follows an instinct he hasn't used in quite some time. But one that still rings true... He finds that familiar heavy red blanket out in the open, hiding from the storm.

Death lands beside the other placing a gentle hand on where he would assume the other's head to be beneath the blanket.]

Hypnos. [His voice is gentle. The same tone he uses when he speaks with the departed souls as he carries them to their other brother.] He's not here Hypnos... You don't need to be afraid.

[How long has it been since Hypnos went to the surface? A very very long time, he thinks. Thunder and rain are foreign in the Underworld and so this must be, despite everything, very frightening. He is not without his own deeply rooted hurts. And if he saw them perhaps his reaction would be much the same. But as the storms don't bother him any he will stand as his brother's vigil. Out of the rain, ideally, if it can be helped.]
