The fun part about being inhuman is that she can hear that startled irregular rhythm to his breath when she draws near. He may not get what she's angling at, but she's doing something for him. Or, well- The flowers are. Whatever. She'll take any advantage she can right now.

"I like it, too," she agrees, endeared and encouraged by the flush on his face. "But I actually enjoy something else more."

By the time he may ask what that is, she's already stepping on her tiptoes to kiss him. If that isn't obvious enough, she's not sure what else will be.
