Honestly? Zechs didn't know if the Peacekeeper had placed the elf in that outfit, if he'd chosen it for himself, or if someone else forced him to wear it. It didn't matter much, to him, unless the other man hated it. Quietly, Zechs liked the way it showed off the well toned muscles, clung to his legs a bit because of the water.

But it wasn't something he'd point out, unless given indication that sort of observation would be welcome. Not in a place that regularly forced people into uncomfortable situations.
