It takes Link awhile to get over even arriving here. Waking up somewhere with very little understanding of it isn't a new experience for him, but to hear that he's here in a simulation, something he's not even sure he understands, and that they lost in the end…that's a lot to deal with. There's nothing to fight and he doesn't have any weapons on him anyway, but that doesn't mean he'll give up on that idea.

A; Cake

He finds that he is hungry. It doesn't occur to him even for a moment that something might be wrong with the food here, so he gets a piece of cake and practically devours it. It seems real enough to him, but it's only when he slides away from the food table that he starts to feel the effects. (Choose spice or vanilla if you'd like this prompt.)

B; Eggs

Link is a fairly outdoorsy person anyway, so he doesn't stay inside too long after that whole cake thing. But outside, there are just…weird eggs everywhere? What are those about? He can't help but be curious about them, drawn to them. He creates a sort of nest out of twigs, branches, and grass under a tree (where there may still be orchids, who knows). He's not sure why he does it, but it makes a good place to keep the eggs he's gathered: garnet and aquamarine. (You're welcome to bring him a citrine egg to add, though.)

He can also be found nearby, standing in the water of the lake to see if there are fish to catch here. He will absolutely just catch them with his hands, it's fine.

Link doesn't have any possessions of his own yet, but somehow he keeps getting brought other people's things? Maybe it's just his affinity for fairy type creatures. Who knows! Either way, he finds that gnomes keep bringing him objects. Is this thing yours? SIGH, come get it then.
